Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the products within 72 hours of receiving, we can offer you an exchange or store credit. Any queries please email us at sales@glasssuperstore.com.au

A handling fee of $39 will be issued for any refunds or exchanges to cover for time to restock the item. 

Glass Superstore will not accept returns or refunds for items that have already been installed or opened from the box. 

This Refund Policy doesn't apply to goods that have been used or damaged. Any returns must be posted back at the customer's expense.

Glass Superstore has extensive quality assurance measures that ensure the customer receives undamaged products. Sometimes, however, products can be damaged in transit. Customers must check their products within 72 hours of receiving to report damaged products. 

We do not give out warranty if our qualified installers aren't used to install our products. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

We do not refund goods if you change your mind so please choose carefully when ordering.
